TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 ORDERS & BACK ORDERS

 Only one discount code can be used at any given time.

  1. When purchasing a back order item you are pre-securing a new or restocked product when it becomes available. Estimated shipping dates are provided for each backorder product. Please make sure you check and agree to all the shipping timeframes and dates before purchasing the item as refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
  2. Whilst we will do our absolute best to honour these dates, they are an estimate and may be subject to change.
  3. Unless you place separate orders, all items checked-out along with back orders will be shipped together when your back order is ready. 
  4. If you do place a single order but require your available products earlier, please contact me at cheekybutton@optusnet.com.au to arrange your order to be split. Please note the this will incur additional shipping fees.

 SHIPPING

  1.  Cheeky Button Products relinquish any responsibility for orders once they are dispatched from our care. Customers within Australia will be supplied with postage tracking details.
  2. International customers selecting 'Untracked International Shipping' at the checkout will not be supplied with any tracking details.
  3. Should your items go missing during the shipping process we are under no obligation to re-send or replace your items.
  4. If your order is returned to us by the shipping provider you will be required to pay the shipping charge again (unless this was an addressing error on the part of Cheeky Button Products). 
  5. In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the customs, duties and taxes on the order. If you refuse to pay duties on your parcel, the parcel may be destroyed by customs and no refunds will be issued.

 EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  1. Please choose carefully as Cheeky Button Product is not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  2. Small marks and imperfections in the plastic are a natural part of the manufacturing process.
  3. Each product is thoroughly inspected prior to despatch, but in the unlikely event that you do find a manufacturing fault, please contact me at products@cheekybutton.com.au  and I will supply you with return details. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Cheeky Button Products will review faulty items and replace or repair as appropriate. 
  4. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Cheeky Button Products will refund products that are significantly different from our item description.
